Proof of purchase
Please keep your receipt (in-store) or order confirmation (online). We’ll need it for any support request.
Cannabis products
For health and regulatory reasons, cannabis products are generally final sale. We will help in these situations:
• Manufacturing defect (example: leaking cartridge, missing seal, etc.)
• Product recall
• Wrong item or missing item from your order
To request support, contact us as soon as possible and keep:
• Original packaging
• Receipt/order confirmation
• The product (do not dispose until we confirm next steps)
Resolution options may include replacement with the same product (if available) or store credit/refund, depending on the issue.
Accessories (batteries, grinders, glass, etc.)
Unused accessories in original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days with proof of purchase. Used accessories are not eligible.
Delivery orders
Delivery requires an adult (19+) to receive the order in person and show government-issued photo ID. Orders cannot be left unattended.
