If you place a pickup order:

– After 24 hours, we may cancel the order and return items to inventory.

## 9) Delivery policy (Napanee and Bath)
We offer delivery to **Napanee and Bath**. Delivery fee varies based on location. Delivery availability may vary by day and capacity.
Delivery requires valid government-issued photo ID and age verification at the door. We do not leave orders unattended.

## 10) Loyalty program, points, and discounts
### Points
Our loyalty points program works as follows:
– Earn **10 points per $1 spent**
– **1000 points = $1 off**
– Points can be redeemed at your discretion (subject to system rules and exclusions)
Points are not cash and have no cash value. We may change, suspend, or end the loyalty program at any time, subject to applicable law and store policy.
### Discounts
We offer certain discounts, which may include:
– **5% off Students** (valid student ID required)
– **5% off Staying Young (50+)**
– **10% off Emergency Services & Military** (active or retired; valid ID required)
– **25% off on your Birthday** (in-store)
**Discount stacking:** Discounts cannot be combined. The best eligible discount will be applied. Some exclusions may apply.
### Sign-up offer
We currently offer **5% off on the spot** for customers who sign up in-store (subject to change).

In general, price beat requests must be for the exact same product (same brand, size, and format) and must be verifiable. We reserve the right to decline requests that cannot be verified or do not meet the eligibility criteria. Some exclusions may apply.
